Police are currently dealing with an RTC on the A3 road between Foxdale and the south in the area of South Barrule plantation.
Officers say the road between the Shoulder Road and Corlea Road is likely to be closed for several hours.
The emergency services are on the scene, and motorists are being urged to find a different route.
