Has been denied bail as investigations continue
A Peel man has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison after allegedly stabbing another man in the town.
Mark Benjamin William Quane is accused of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after an incident on Saturday (25 May).
The 40-year-old first appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday (27 May); but has been denied bail as police are yet to get a statement from the alleged victim.
Magistrates remanded him in custody until his next appearance on 5 June.
