Officers issue appeal for witnesses
The Isle of Man Constabulary has confirmed it is 'dealing with a serious incident in Ramsey'.
Officers say the response has 'involved a number of officers' and the scene is now under police cordon.
They are asking any witnesses or any person in possession of any footage to please make contact on 631212.
