Ramsey event planned to 'celebrate' Island's north

'Nice up North' will be held next month

An event in Ramsey is being held to 'celebrate' the north of the Island next month.

'Nice up North' will take place on 4 September and is being organised by Northern Health and Social Care Hub.

Support people, charities and community groups in the area are being invited to showcase what they have to offer for the public.

It's also been described as a 'networking' event by Frailty Coordinator Georgia Zapparoli for organisations.

Georgia explained why people young and old should attend the event.

It will be held between 3-8pm on 4 September at St Paul's Hall.

There will also be live music for the event.
