Roads close in the afternoon for first qualifying session
The 2025 Manx Grand Prix gets underway today (17 August).
This year's meeting is running parallel to the Classic TT on the Snaefell Mountain Course, starting with today's qualifying session, through until 29 August.
Roads around the course are set to close at 12:45pm ahead of the first bikes leaving the Grandstand at 1:30pm for the newcomers speed controlled lap.
Roads are due to reopen around the course no later than 6pm.

12:45 - Roads Close
13:30 - Newcomers speed controlled lap
13:45 - Junior / Supertwin MGP
14:30 - Senior / Supersport MGP
15:15 - Junior / Supertwin MGP
16:05 - Senior / Supersport MGP
18:00 - Roads re-open no later than
