Work taking place to repair damaged concrete near Empress Hotel
Temporary two-way traffic lights have been put in place on Douglas promenade this morning whilst a section of damaged concrete outside the Empress Hotel is repaired.
The Department of Infrastructure says the damaged section needs to be broken out, reset and allowed to cure before traffic runs over the repair.
With that in mind, the temporary lights are expected to be in place for 'several days this week'.
