Liverpool facility's annual running costs are just over £700,000
A political member for the Department of Infrastructure says ways to generate income from the Liverpool ferry terminal could be explored in the future.
Earlier this month it was confirmed that the annual operating costs for the facility are just over £700,000.
The figure is currently being funded by Treasury supplementing the Department of Infrastructure, but will be covered by the Steam Packet Company once lease negotiations are complete.
