Amber weather warning for coastal overtopping in force later
Motorists are being urged not to use the Bottleneck Car Park this morning as an amber weather warning for coastal overtopping is due to come into force.
Ronaldsway Met Office is warning waves will impact coastal routes between 10am and 2pm today.
As a result, Douglas City Council is recommending the public avoid the car park in order to protect them and their vehicles.
Earlier this month strong waves shifted kerbsides at the Bottleneck, putting vehicles parked there at risk of damage.
