Michelle Haywood says recognition needed for drivers working unsocial hours
The Island's former infrastructure minister says 'compromise' is the solution as the Island heads towards the third round of bus strike action.
Drivers are set to walk out again on Friday (13 February) as part of an ongoing row over pay and contractual issues.
Further walkouts are also scheduled through the month of March with warnings that even more could be on the horizon.
