Manx Utilities work has been progressing ahead of schedule
The Old Castletown Road will partially reopen ahead of schedule from 7am tomorrow. (Thursday 19 March).
It's been closed to traffic for the past week and a half while Manx Utilities carries out work on the wastewater main at White Hoe.
It's caused significant travel delays around the capital.
As work has progressed well, one way traffic will be allowed into Douglas from 7am tomorrow morning, and it will stay one way in that direction until the road fully reopens as scheduled on Wednesday 25 March.
