Sailings diverted to Heysham due to works on dolphin fender
The Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool is closed once again this weekend whilst work is completed on a modified dolphin fender.
An issue was identified during berthing trials last year whereby mooring lines were clashing with the structure during low tide.
Like last weekend, crossings destined for Merseyside are being diverted to Heysham with the Steam Packet organising coach transfers onwards from Lancashire.
Meanwhile, sailings this weekend have been rescheduled due to tidal conditions.
