Isle Stand Up to Suicide hosting workshop at Keyll Darree tonight
Raising resilient teens and spotting the early signs of worry and low mood will be the topic of a workshop taking place at Noble's Hospital tonight (24 March).
Hosted at Keyll Darree by 'Isle Stand Up to Suicide' and supported by Public Health the event will be led by experienced mental health coach Neil Kelders.
Paula Dunlop is chair of the charity.
She says, for parents, the teenage years aren't easy to negotiate:
