Landlords Association claims more people taking advantage of high selling prices but demand still going up
The Landlords Registration Act is creating a 'perfect storm' for the rental market, according to an organisation that represents them.
The bill passed through Tynwald last July, and received Royal Assent in December.
But the Isle of Man Landlords Association claims it's already having a negative impact on the number of properties available to rent on the Island.
